I’m going to take you through the five steps of the GRACE practice. I’ll explain how each one helps in the journey of:
- releasing everything that’s getting in the way of connecting with the Magick of You to create energetic closure
- appreciating and celebrating yourself for everything you are and everything you’ve done
- becoming full of your own essence and priorities again to ground yourself in your power
To help you do this, the GRACE practice consists of five steps:
- GROUND your energy and become present to bring closure to everything that’s outstanding.
- RECOGNISE all that you’ve achieved since the last time you did the ritual, savouring your accomplishments so you can build on them.
- APPRECIATE yourself for who you are and take time to really honour how you’ve shown up in the world since you last did the practice.
- CALL BACK YOUR ENERGY from external people, events or situations, so you can move forward free from their influence.
- EMBODY your truth to become so full of your own dreams and desires that you leave no room for other people’s expectations and judgements.
