List at least ten small things that brought you joy this week.
How do these moments contribute to a feeling of abundance in your life?

This journal prompt channels attention towards the often-overlooked minutiae that fill our daily existence with joy and contentment.

This exercise is about recognising the positive aspects of life and is also is deeply rooted in cultivating an attitude of gratitude and abundance from seemingly ordinary moments.

Focusing on the small joys encourages a shift from a scarcity mindset, which focuses on what we lack, to one of abundance, which celebrates what we already possess.

Such a perspective is crucial for mental health and overall well-being, as it develops happiness, reduces stress, and enhances our capacity to appreciate life’s offerings. '

By acknowledging the daily occurrences that bring joy, we increase our awareness of life’s blessings and magnify our ability to attract more positivity and abundance into our lives.
