This pause is a sanctuary of purpose, a moment to reaffirm your direction and commit to your journey with clarity and conviction.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can be reflective and undisturbed.

This could be a favourite chair in a sunlit room, a peaceful garden nook, or any place that offers tranquillity.

Sit comfortably, with your feet grounded and hands resting gently in your lap.
